The location near the city center, Cathedral, and pilgrim office, along with easy access to buses to the airport and taxis, made it convenient to get around; the staff, including the owner.

everything was amazing, amazing staff, absolutely perfect location just off the plaza de galicia, which is a hub for buses to the airport and taxis, and the bus stop for the airport as well as the cathedral and many eating places. a twin room was airy, the beds where comfortable. its bathroom was reasonably spacious. the public parking was nearby, excellent service.

Whenever I'm in the area, I always stay here in a twin room with all the basic amenities needed, including a clean bathroom, amazingly cozy beds, and friendly staff.

The owner of this place was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Santiago. The location is perfect, right across from Plaza de Galicia and close to the old city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even had fresh towels every day. The owner went above and beyond by doing our laundry for us. The value for money was great, especially considering the central location. Despite some noisy neighbors and street noise, we would still highly recommend this hotel. our stay at Pension Hedrass was exceptional and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to bars and restaurants with a short walk to the cathedral. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. the room was cleaned and tidied with fresh towels provided each day.

The doors were extremely loud and caused disturbance during the night. There were noisy neighbors on another floor who made noise late at night.
